Millenium Gaming : A project at more than $ 600 million for Rockingham Park

Millenium Gaming Inc. has revised its inverstment for the redevelopment of Rockingham Park at more than $ 600 million. The leaders of Millenium Gaming will present this week a new map of this entertainment place including a hotel and a casino. Initially, the project has been estimated at $ 450 million before the state decides to allow casinos in the racecourse. After the legalization of casino, Millenium Gaming has not limited itself to a simple construction of gambling machine room but a real casino with gaming tables of Roulette Pro, blackjack or baccarat in junction with a hotel complex.

Thus, Rockingham Park will become a touristic destination with an expanded gaming site while keeping the existing racecourses, the clubhouse and stands. According to the co-CEO of Millenium, Bill Wortman, the complex meet the draft lax 152 of the Senate which foresees 150 table games, 5,000 slot machines and 1,500 places.
