The provider of entertainment solutions and casino software, Amaya Inc. announced on April 29 its financial results for the fourth quarter and for the full year 2012. The report shows an annual increase of 316% and 292% for the last three months of the year. For the fourth quarter of 2012, Amaya declared gross gaming revenue (GGR) of 37.19 million Canadian dollars if it recorded 9.49 million for the last quarter of 2011.
Amaya explains this increase of its turnover in the licensing of its CryptoLogic casino and software for mobile devices. For all of 2012, Amaya declared 76.44 million Canadian dollars, a surplus of 58,060,000 compared to the 18,380,000 of 2011. This increase is mainly due to the investment of its stations.
